Returns Policy

As our product(s) are not cellophane wrapped, the product(s) can only be returned if the product(s) are damaged upon arrival, and if the product seal has not been broken.

All product(s) must be returned within 7 working days from the date the goods were received, and must be received by Fragrance Du Bois within 28 days from said date.

All returned product(s) will be reviewed by Fragrance Du Bois. In order to return product(s), the customer is required to send an email to Fragrance Du Bois to report the issue (including photographic evidence of product(s), detailing and clearly illustrating the relevant problem. Upon acknowledgement, the customer will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to return the product(s).

All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

The cost of shipping is to be borne by the customer.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted, and where applicable, the customer may be charged a fee.

How will I be refunded?

All returns will be reviewed by Fragrance Du Bois and we reserve all rights to approve/deny any return value. Should the return(s) be approved, Fragrance Du Bois has the right to offer a full refund in its original payment mode with a validity period of 30 days.
